Standard Installation and Service Labor Pricing: Revised 2/26/2009

Our Service Technician Will Call Our Customer if the Service Labor Exceeds the Standard Charges Indicated Below.

IN-SHOP SERVICE RATES

___   FREE RAM INSTALL – Memory must be purchased from Computer Sales and Service.  We request customer leave system for 2 hours minimum for installation and testing.

___   $85 DIAGNOSTICS, REPAIR & INSTALL, FULL TUNE_UP (Minimum Bench Fee $85) – Plus Hardware Cost.  Includes Hardware and Software Diagnostics, Break/Fix, Windows updates, Anti-Virus and Anti-Spyware update, Physical Interior and Exterior cleaning, Cable Integrity check, & Recommended Upgrades.  Customer approval needed for additional charges for EXTENSIVE REPAIR and/or OPERATING SYSTEM RELOAD if Full Tune-Up cannot repair errors.

OTHER SERVICE RATES

___   $100/HOUR ON-SITE SERVICE – Minimum Charge One (1) Hour.  Additional time charged in 15 minute increments.

___   $80/HOUR REMOTE SERVICE – Minimum Charge $20.  Additional time charged in 15 minute increments.  Note: Our remote capabilities allow us to diagnose and repair many computer and network problems.  However, the customer must be able to currently access the Internet for this service.

___   EXPRESS SERVICE AND SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS Express Service is available to those customers who are unable to wait for the normal turnaround time for repairs to their systems.  This service charge places customer’s system on next available bench.  There is a  charge that is added to the cost of the repair above and beyond the price of the regular service charge.  We also offer scheduled appointments for our customers to reduce the "downtime" away from their computer.
