In-Shop Service Rates
Here are the rates for our most frequently used services. We encourage you to contact us to get a price quote for your specific needs.
FREE: RAM INSTALL
Memory must be purchased from Computer Sales and Service. We request you leave your system for two hours minimum for installation and testing.
$89: DIAGNOSTICS, REPAIR AND INSTALL, FULL TUNE-UP
Minimum bench fee of $89 plus the cost of hardware cost. This fee includes hardware and software diagnostics, break/fix, Windows updates, anti-virus and anti-spyware update, physical interior and exterior cleaning, cable integrity check and recommended upgrades. Customer approval is needed for any additional charges for EXTENSIVE REPAIR and/or OPERATING SYSTEM RELOAD if the full tune-up cannot repair errors.
$149: EXTENSIVE REPAIR AND VIRUS/SPYWARE REMOVAL
If the full tune-up cannot correct all software errors, customer approval will be obtained for this more extensive repair.
$80: EXPRESS SERVICE
Express Service is available to those customers who are unable to wait for the normal turnaround time for repairs to their systems. This service charge places the customer’s system on next available service bench. This is a one-time charge that is added to the cost of the regular service charge.
SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS
We also offer scheduled appointments for our customers to reduce the "downtime" away from their computer.
Other Service Rates
$105/HOUR: ON-SITE SERVICE
Minimum charge of one hour at your office or home. Additional time is charged in 15 minute increments.
$80/HOUR: REMOTE SERVICE
Minimum charge of $30. Additional time is charged in 15 minute increments. Note: Our remote capabilities allow us to diagnose and repair many computer and network problems. However, the customer must be able to currently access the Internet for this service.
